Satewave Technologies and Afribiz Invest have entered into a long-term agreement creating AfriBiz Future Tech (Pty) Ltd, a jointly owned company operating from South Africa into the rest of the continent.
The new company brings together electric vehicles, EV chargers, solar and renewable energy systems, telecoms hardware, computers and medical equipment under one focused technology platform.
The partnership combines global innovation with Afribiz's African infrastructure capability, with a shared ambition to create jobs, develop skills and attract investment while expanding access to practical technology solutions.
